June 19th is National Martini Day. Martinis are some of the most popular co*cktails in bars nationwide. There are establishments that have an entire page in their menu dedicated to specialty martinis. They are classy, they are sassy and they are so darn good.

It is not hard to make a martini. Most require very few ingredients. However, those ingredients need to be quality. In addition, technique can make all the difference between a good and great co*cktail. Hopefully some of these videos will help up your game.

  I’ve seen this on a few co*cktail menus and it’s a little on the sweet side too. You might have to strain your eyes a bit to see the ingredients and proportions. They are on the left side of the video but are vodka, raspberry liqueur and pineapple juice.
