Very good hotel near the airport, they provide shuttle bus service if you are looking to go from the airport. They even have staff at the airport to help you find the shuttle bus. The hotel has every kind of amenities and it’s also connected to the world expo and metro/airport express so you don’t have to go out. The only problem is that is pretty far from the city center so you have to travel around one hour each way to reach city center but you won’t be able to find this kind of photo in the city center with this price so it depends on the person what kind of experience he/she is looking for.

We had a lovely stay at Four Point for the Christmas holiday. The hotel is relatively new and modern design. We received a complimentary free upon check-in which is a little Christmas tree. We loved it and we placed it on the table which instantly made the room more festive. The Christmas tree set include a string light itself that did not come with batteries. However, hotel managed to get us two and we appreciated it. I’m a bit of an OCD person so I started to clean the room for no reasons. What’s really surprising is that room is pretty much spotless. Wow. We also had our breakfast buffet at the Harbour Lounge which was also quite nice with plenty varieties of food.

The best thing about this hotel is the proximity to Citygate and the convenience to travel to places like airport and Tsing Yi. The room itself is nothing out of ordinary. I wish there are places to charge our phones near the bed.

Location is very convenient, can get to the MTR station in a few mins! There is a mall and restaurants nearby too. The hotel itself is quite unique, it’s got different themes on each floor. Staff is good as well and room service is quite fast. Would defo recommend as the pricing is worth it.

From the check-in to the check-out our stay was fantastic. It started with a superb and friendly welcome by the hotelier at the check-in desk. He was also incredibly efficient at getting us set up. Our room was lovely. The bed was cozy and fresh. The location was great for the airport. It was only a 10 minute bus journey to the airport. We would 100% stay again. A fantastic experience.

If this hotel offered a shuttle service from the HK airport and kept their rooms rates at the current level, I suspect many more people would book this hotel. At present a public bus number A33x is available to take you to Tuen Mun district within walking distance from Penta Hotel for HK$15 About 11km from the airport. Takes about 30 min by bus. Saved our lives with an overnight flight layover. The other hotels connected directly to the airport are overpriced tourist traps

Enjoyed my stay here thoroughly!Hotel offered a free upgrade to ocean view room. View was lovely.Amenities in room were splendid and even included bedroom slippers in children’s size which was very thoughtful.Didn’t really use the gym and pool but they look beautiful. Kids playroom is small but well equipped with Nintendo switch, books, soft toys, and even a cooking set. Absolute family friendly.Location is great, being near to airport and Disneyland.Shuttle service to Tung Chung MTR and airport makes it super convenient.Eating places just opp the hotel serve decent food at reasonable prices and could be an option if you don’t want to eat hotel food.Definitely recommended!

The staff at the reception was so nice and helpful, I think her name is Ada( sorry if I remember wrong). Not only guided me the way from the airport to the hotel in the midnight with patience, but also gave me advice about traveling around with different traffics. It’s was a nice stop by in Hongkong because of her:))

very spacious and feels homely; has a comfortable sofa, cabinets for storage, as well as a dining table. toilet is very clean. definitely recommend this hotel. good price too.
