@Chase Booked a reservation through you with @Etihad and reservation got canceled on etihad side due to not issuing it properly by chase travel agent as per Etihad. I called @Chase travel and received horrible customer service . Reservation is for my elderly mother for May 6th.

@Chase ... I've been an upstanding client of yours 4 years. A money transfer for an emergency is "still in processing" 4 days later & customer support said after that it will be a 5-7 ACH transfer wait time. Talk about absurd. When you want money I bet you expect it immediately.

@Chase How come Chases refuses to issue a letter with summary of 12 month deposits required by @USCIS for "Uniting for Ukraine"? Phone support sent me to a branch, and branch told me they cannot write such a letter. 🤯

And @chase you’re just as bad!! You let @Uber charge me $47.99 TWELVE times and have been no help AT ALL! All I’m being told is to wait, but why should I wait?! When y’all literally robbed me of $500! This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had!
