Can UPS print a label from my phone? ›

Take your boxed equipment to the nearest UPS Store and allow them to scan the barcode on your phone to print your labels.

If you don't have a printer, you can: Scan and print by mobile barcode at a UPS location; or. Email the label to yourself (or a friend) to print later.

Five Return Services are available: ✓ UPS Print Return Label – The shipper prints the return label and the Return Service Customer Receipt using WorldShip and includes the label and receipt with the outbound shipment.

If you do not have access to a printer yourself, go to your local library. If you do not have a nearby library you could also try print and copy shops, newsagents, or shops like Ryman or Staples. You could also check with family and friends to see if they have a printer that you can use.

Print From Virtually Any Device

Now you can print labels and more from your favorite mobile device, including your iPhone®, Kindle®, Android^TM, and iPad®. Get organized with professional-looking labels featuring graphics or photos, and name badges that utilize pictures from your mobile album or your phone's camera.

Once you have your UPS.com ID, you will need to call UPS to get your free UPS thermal printer. You can call the UPS customer service center on 1-800-742-5877 or use 1-800-833-0056 if you are hearing impaired and need TTY/TDD access.

At a Customer Service Point (CSP)

They'll scan the QR code, print the label, which you can then fix to your parcel and drop off while you're there*. There's no additional charge once you've paid for the postage. Find the nearest Customer Service Point or Post Office branch by visiting Services Near You.

Print Shipping Labels Without a Printer

USPS gives you several options: USPS Label Broker^® Service: Bring your Label Broker ID (a QR Code^®1) to a Post Office^™ location that has Label Broker at the counter or a Label Broker self-service kiosk and get it printed, free!

Most automated USPS Post Office® locations can print a Label Broker label. To be certain if a specific location supports the Label Broker, you can access USPS.com, click on the Find Locations link and select Label Broker from the Services drop down menu.
