The rally is just 10 days away and there are just a few more details to share with you.
COVID-19 status: Elkhart County Indiana COVID-19 status as of August 20, 2021: Elkhart County is now at advisory level yellow. Local hospitals have seen a dramatic increase in hospital admissions and emergency room visits in the last 10 days. Within the county, there currently are no mask mandates or other mandates in place. Health officials are encouraging mask use indoors to control the spread of COVID-19. As stated in the 2021 GDRV National Owners Rally FAQ document: “Come Prepared! Please bring your own masks and hand sanitizers. Do not rely on the facility to have masks and/or sanitizer available at all times in all locations.” Please self-govern well!
Arrival and Check-in at the fairground:
Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday, 8/25 - 8/27 - PLEASE READ AS THIS HAS BEEN UPDATED FROM July 22’s COMMUNICATION…When you arrive, enter through Gate 2, and check-in at the Fairground’s office to pay for the early nights. When this is complete, circle the parking lot, exit and turn left on CR 34 and re-enter the grounds through Gate 1. STOP when you reach Gate A. A member of the parking crew will see you and arrive at the gate to get you parked into your rally area.
Saturday, August 28 Arrivals – if you are arriving on Saturday, you can skip going to the Fairgrounds office, as they are closed on Saturday. Enter the grounds through Gate 1. STOP when you reach Gate A. A member of the parking crew will see you and arrive at the gate to get you parked into your rally area.
Arriving early DOES NOT change the area that you have selected for rally parking. The parking crew is available from 9am-5pm, Wednesday - Saturday. (If you arrive outside of these hours, please park outside Gate A and south of section B until the parking crew comes back on duty. DO NOT park on the road…it is an emergency lane.)Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
Sunday & Monday, August 29 & 30 – on-site check-in/parking begins at 9am and ends at 5pm.
Enter at Gate 1.
Follow the drive to Gate A.
You will be greeted and then escorted to your site
Your rally fee covers camping from Sunday night, Aug. 29 through Friday night, September 3 (Saturday departure)
Once you are parked you will be given a parking designator indicating your selected area for parking and your assigned site #.
After parking your rig, bring the parking designator AND your E-ticket (or E-tickets, if you purchased tour tickets AFTER purchasing your original ticket) with you to on-site check-in located in Building 6. If you do not have both of these documents, you will have to return to your rig before you will be allowed to proceed.
On-site check-in is Sunday and Monday from 9a-5p in Bldg. 6.

Parking Reminders for EVERYONE:
Please remember to print off your E-ticket from Eventbrite. This is the proof of registration for admission at the fairgrounds.
If you are in a site that does not have sewer, please be sure to arrive with empty tanks. You will NOT be able to dump your tanks at the fairgrounds before parking. There is a Love’s Travel Stop approximately 9.5 miles from the fairgrounds. Their address is Hwy 20, Exit CR17/4.5m S of I-90, 2201 CR-17, Goshen IN 46528, (574)389-1737. They charge $10.
You have chosen the area in which you will be parked, but your site number will be assigned when you arrive.
If you want to park with friends, you will need to arrive together (and be in line together, one after the other).
Once parked, your rig may NOT be moved until you are ready to depart.
DUMP TICKETS - During Rally week: Dump Schedule will be Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Tags need to be out by 8AM. Dump will be automatic. Make certain any access panels are unlocked! You DO NOT have be at your rig for the dumping to take place.
Pre-Rally week: Dump on Friday, August 27th.Cripe Septic has to be CALLED by 4PM on THURSDAY, August 26thto set up the Pre-Rally Dump.574-533-4920. Cost is $45. Pay by cash or check to the driver or give credit card information when you call in on 8/26. You will need to let them know your area, site # and a description of your rig.
