Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY:Responsible for accounting functions including but not limited to non-gaming receivable billing and payment processing for the Enterprise via Caesars Entertainment Business Services.
Key Job Functions
Performs daily, weekly, and monthly accounting processes to properly record and classify financial transactions for Receivable and Collection Management.
Prepare client invoice for specified billing terms per the contractual agreement.
Monitor aging of receivables and follow-up with client regarding any past due balances.
Demonstrates superior customer service for both internal and external customers.
Works closely with operation departments to ensure internal compliance guidelines are followed.
Develop and implement best practices in all areas of Receivable and Collection Management.
EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
Four-year college graduate with a major in accounting or equivalent preferred.
One to two years of accounting or related experience, preferably in the gaming and/or hotel industry, and billing experience.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe Pro.
Familiarity of state regulations.
Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles GAAP.
Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet assigned deadlines as required.
Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
Work EnvironmentPositions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy environment and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also, non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with their duties, and may be subject to the same environment.
